Haval warranty

I am a loyal customer to Haval and service my vehicle on Time every time. My vehicle has gone over its warranty km by 600 and a oil pump has blown. They will not help me as a good will warranty. What do I do. I just feel based on the support I give every time I'm now left in the dark.
