HAVAL South Africa should not be recommended

My motor vehicle was in an minor accident in February 2023. superficial parts and some functional parts were damaged in the process. as a precaution the car was towed to an insurance approved panel beaters( Hofbro). the Poor Panel beaters have been waiting for parts ordered through their Haval agent. I have eventually become involved trying to assist the panel beater shop and the agent with Haval South Africa customer care, however they are also useless in assisting us getting the parts to the body shop for repairs. I will not recommend anyone to go and buy and GWM, HAVAL products as they do not treat their customers/ clients with the utmost care and urgency.
