Haval Northcliff = JOKE! DO NOT BUY A HAVAL FOM THIS DEALER, Trust me

I arrived at Haval Northcliff at 13:30. The Service Manager Mr. Goolam Norris approached me, introduced himself, and proceeded to tell me that he has been working there for 2 weeks, and that the “Service department is a mess, and that he is still putting systems in place” He then apologized and told me that my car had NOT BEEN SERVICED, “but it has been washed” This in itself is absolutely unacceptable, having taken time off of work, arranged to be picked up and dropped off Mr. Norris then proceeds to inform me that I cannot take my car now as the Key is not with him, nor is it on the premises – Apparently, the key is with the person that washes the cars, and he is out on delivery, the key is in his pocket. I immediately demanded to see my car, I found my car with the driver's door wide open – NOT SERVICED.
