HAVAL MUST FALL !!!

I am utterly disappointed and disgusted in the way HAVAL SA has attend to our problem Re: our new H2 we purchased in March 2021 and discovered it had rust and paint peeling of the body of the car. Natalie from HAVAL SA has now been involved since the start with our H2 problem and all she can say is, it is not HAVAL SA's problem but must be taken up with the dealer. You guys build and distribute these cars. Surely it is HAVAL SA's responsibility to sort out these defects on their cars NOT THE DEALERS !!! So its just a matter of throwing hands in the air and saying its not their problem???? SOMETHING MUST BE DONE REGARDING THE AFTER SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU RECEIVE FORM HAVAL. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE !!! PLEASE GUYS - DO NOT PURCHASE HAVAL - YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR MONEY AND ITS NOT WORTH THE TIME OR EFFORT TO BATTLE WITH HAVAL, THEY DONT SORT OUT THEIR CAR PROBLEMS !!!
