Haval knows nothing about TCF(treat your customer fairly)

When we went on a lock down my car was left with about a 1000 kilometers before service. Then I was in another province during the month of July and August and there was no haval dealership anywhere nearby. When I finally took my car for service they told me that the kilometers are way overdue and they can't service my car and they canceled my warranty. I bought a car that's under a service plan so that I don't spend so much money on service.. I feel that they should've made an exception since there was a lock down. I would have understood if they told me to pay for the service that's been due, but to cancel the whole warranty it's very heartless. I've only paid for this car for a year and the warranty is canceled. I really loved haval cars but am seriously considering changing brands, I can't pay for the next 6 years for a car that doesn't have a warranty anymore..
