Haval Klerksdorp

On 24 January 2022 I have taken my Haval H2 to the Klerksdorp branch. They told me the fanbelt and aircon pump is faulty. After two weeks I got my car back, but there was still parts missing and they told me they will let me know when the parts are in store. This whole time I was not allowed to use my aircon. On 28 March 2022 I had to take my car back to Haval Klerksdorp because they told me the parts where there. It's been 2 weeks already again and still I haven't got my car back. The communication from the Klerksdorp branch really need to be addressed as I have to call them if I want any information. They don't call me to keep me updated. I really am frustrated. Please take note that I bought this car brand new in 2018 and it only has fewer than 33000km on and the services are up to date. All done at the Klerksdorp branch. I am a pensioner and really need my car, as I am not capable of walking everywhere. I need this resolved as soon as possible.
