I would like to thank Mr. Melvyn Riley for the major assistance for today as my car was serviced. Firstly, there was little disturbance from the gentleman and all queries was resolved swiftly. Furthermore, I was working late and he was sincere in waiting after hours as he could have refused rightly so. I would like to commend him for his impecable and aplaudible customer service. Mr. Riley is definitely an assest to Haval N1 City and I would just like to say KUDOS for the consertive effort. May all Haval employees follow his initiative as I feel as a valued Haval client and not just a registration number on the database server. Well wishes Mr. Riley and Haval!
