Haval is cheating me on the 5yr or 60 000km service plan

I doubt i will get a response, your service sucks, I need help in understanding your 5 year 60 000km service plan, my car is 5 years now and due for the annual service but you dont want to cover,but the 5 year ends at the end of the year, i have done the annual service so they stamped the book till 60 000km but i am still within my 5 years,
