Haval H6c review
Hi all,
I just wanted to give a review on the Haval H6c range.
My dad bought the Haval H6c in January 2018, yes he was one of the first people to jump on the bandwagon.
In nearly a and a half year me and him have put a combined 40k km on the clock and it has exceeded all expectations. He got the premium A/T range and it is easily way better (and cheaper) than the Korean counterparts and is hot on the heels of the Japaneese
The only call for concern financially would be the fuel consumption as it does 10.5L/ 100km but saying that it does have 140kw of power, power which the Koreans and Japanese don't have.
Yes there is abit of a turbo lag but which 2 ton petrol SUV doesn't? Apart from the turbo lag, it is really smooth on the road. The breaking took a while to adjust to because a 2 ton car takes some stopping and the turning circle is ****ndus.
Before the Haval my dad had the Mercedes c320 CDI which went like a rocket but it started causing too many problems and one of his friends suggested a Chinese car. I was very skeptical about it first due to the lackluster quality of the Gwm and previous Chinese cars which have come and gone
But overall it is a really great car and very good value for money.
The car impressed my dad's business partner so much that he decided to trade in his Ford ranger D/C to get the H6C
It really is value for money and has been very reliable considering we do just above the national average of yearly KMs
