Haval H6 Battery dead in less than 2 years?

I have been trying to get through to the Customer care call center for two days in a row with no success. My battery died and my vehicle is not even 2 years old and I'm told I should pay R 6k for a new battery while I was told there is 5 years 100k warranty on the vehicle, this doesn't make sense to me, an average battery life is 4 years.
