Haval

We purchased the Haval H2 1.5 T 2021 model in April 2021. In October 2022 we started having clutch problems took it in to the dealership to get it sorted out and were told the warranty period is over it ends at 20 000km and my car was 21 000km at that point I took it in. So I was then asked to pay upfront for them to open just to check the clutch. I personally think that is ridiculous a brand new car n clutch gave up so fast I hve owned 6 cars before buying the. Haval and never had a problem with any of the other makes of vehicles. I am highly frustrated with the quality of the vehicle I know clutch is wear n tear but for a clutch to give up so quickly when the vehicle is a year old just shows quality of the parts. Just when the warranty expires at 20 000 there the problem starts. I would like feedback from haval south Africa because I have read there are many people having this same issue. This is a ******* as I was told the repairs would costs me +- 36 000. My car is at the average usage for the time I have it so I cannot understand how this happened so quick I haven driven many vehicles in the past I know for a fact this clutch problem is not due to my driving it is purely pathetic workmanship n quality. I feel ******. HAVAL SA needs to take accountability for poor quality parts or is this just a way to make more money from people who support ur brand Highly disappointed customer.
