No customer service at all No respect for customers nor willingness to assist clients after faulty sunroof exploded and put my life at risk and that of my family All they say is that they are busy with the process and this after 3days of waiting for a response Stay away from this brand after sales service from warranty point of view is beyond pathetic and yelling disrespectfully at the client Not professional at all Extremely rude and would urge everyone to stay away from Haval brand
