Haval dealer pmb and Haval brand

Bought my HavalH9 in 2020. Although the service was not amazing, I had no big problems initially. Recently my battery failed, due to a faulty alternator. When I bought the car I was told parts were easily available. It’s now been a week and no one can tell me if an alternator is even available. No one can tell me when it will arrive or how long this is all going to take. Up until now I have been a strong supporter of this brand, I was even considering purchasing a p series for my husband. But after the service recieved and this whole debacle, I’m at the point of wanting to trade my car in for another brand altogether- just to never have to deal with their branch again.
