HAVAL CAPE GATE

Long story short - my brand new haval H1 has been back and forth between me and the dealer. - HAVAL CAPE GATE due to issues...…

I have had the following issues; * Air con makes noise (repaired/replaced some parts) * Rattles in the car especially on driver side - never attended too * Cannot hear caller on Bluetooth (replaced) * Radio - switches on and off by its self (loose wire)

The lack of communication and service is definitely an huge issue but they have arranged a loan car for me every time......which I am truly grateful for.

They have been other little things but not going to get into it. There is still other problems which are driving me crazy. *air con, fan, rattle and clutch (not sure how to explain)

The above needs to be addressed and in the pasted 3-4 weeks I have received 1 call last week (I think) to tell me that they don't have a loan car.................how is that possible as every time I had an issue they arranged a loan car.....now of a sudden in 3-4 weeks no loan car and no feedback...…...

As much as I love my car.....How do I get my money back????
