HAVAL BRAKES DISCS ARE NOT COVERED BY MAHUFACTURERES WARRANTY

I hope you can assist. My daughter bought a brand new Haval Jolion. She complained about a noise and a vibration when using her brakes. Took it to Haval and was informed that the discs are scored. The vehicle was only doing like 8000Km. You don’t have to be a rocket scientist to know that the disc as a manufacturers fault and Haval must replace. They told her that they can’t do anything to help and she must pay for the replacement.

She is very dissatisfied with the product and wants to trade it in.

Kindly advice and assist.

Not sure if others had a similar problem.
