Haval 5 year warrenty in question if it does excist ?

I am writing this with sadness as i love my Haval and its just a pity the after care service cant be better. When i saw on about 6 months there was sn issue with the inside door panels they became bumpy next to windows. I took the car in and on 5 November 2019 it was approved that the panels would be replaced. We are now in August 2020 and im still waiting for that panels. NB for Haval SA its good and fine to give 5 year warranty on the vehicle but it means nothing if you cant keep to your word. You as management is failing what is a very good brand.My second service has just passed but still im waiting for the panels to be done with service. I have send more than 30 emails regarding this to Trever at Alberton. To all out there Haval is a great brand unfortunately i cant say the same of the after care.
