GWM Heidelberg - bad service

Bought a brand new P Series LTD bakkie end of March 2024. Had it for 1 week and then the battery failed. Had it tested over the weekend when the dealer was closed. Battery confirmed to be bad. GWM Heidelberg refer me to the branch closer to my home and basically tell me to get lost and rely on a warrantee claim process which takes days. Brand new car, how difficult is it to exchange a battery?? My car cannot wait a week before the local branch see it fit to book the car in. Then it is expected to sit another 2 to 3 days waiting for clearance to change the battery. What a joke ...so my 2 week old car must be standing for days on end because the dealer cannot just replace his faulty part.
