Fuel Tank

I went to GWM Roodeport to purchase a GWM M4 SUV and the sales person advised me to purchase a HAVAL H1 instead because it is a better model than the GWM M4. I was not convinced but eventually i agreed to take the H1. The sales person Anel offered to fill my tank since i agreed to take the M4. Ever since mid December, it has been one story after another : from the funds bouncing back to the sales person not being available on the date I am supposed to get my fuel tank. Besides having went to the dealership 3 times for the fuel, i did not get the full tank as promised.
