Damage to car

Bad service ever received at Haval Midrand, my car was booked in to replace the front tire sensors, they scratched the left rim and they refuse to take accountability for it. I requested the job card n pictures taken before and after the work was completed they haven't responded to my countless emails, let alone acknowledge my concerns. I tried calling several times to speak to the workshop manager but he's forever not available and never returned my calls
