Complain about Haval SA louis trichardt Branch

Terrible, pathetic, disgusting service i received since i was born, my car was taken to Haval branch in Louis trichardt on the 10 November 2025 up to today they have never done anything, when i call my insurance still they have not receive any claim from the haval it looks like my car went to them for vacation instead of a services. The frustrating part is that when you call them you will be transferred from pillar to post without any assistance it look like i will even go to limpopo for holidays and come back without my car due to the way i'm being ill treated maybe because i am black and poor, always they will say, they are transferring me to service provide for further assistance the person is always not available as you will wait until the phone cut off
