Buy at own risk

I bought what i thought it’s brand new car from Haval Midrand, only to discover scratches and signs that the vehicle was previously used oh and the paper work said the car was in 5km whereas is was 50km. When I raised my concerns, I was told to "take it up with insurance" ,and blocked 🙆🏼 an unacceptable response for a brand new purchase. The lack of transparency and accountability from the dealership was extremely disappointing. As a woman, I also felt that my concerns weren’t taken seriously, and I would caution others (especially women buyers) to be extra vigilant if choosing to deal with them. Buy at your own risk. Make sure you inspect everything thoroughly before signing anything and don’t assume you’re getting a brand new car just because that’s what’s on the paperwork.
