Battery repair

We bought a haval since last year July the car didn't give us any problem until now this month it has been indicating a battery low sign all of a sudden while Park in our yard it went flat battery now the car is still under warranty but we called today for the called Haval branch near us the administrator from Haval is giving us attitude saying the car can only be attended on the 25th just to send one of their technicians to come check the car it's fully booked so it means we mustn't be able to move around now cause they their focus in on sales and bad service after the car is been sold am so pieced of by Haval Ondekkers hope the management could deal with the attitude of their administration
