Bad Service Haval

Such poor service. Tried calling Haval on Rivonia to book a service. Lady told me the service centre is busy. They will call me back. No call back. Then i tried the email route and received a lovely confirmation of my booking request stating they will confirm my service. No confirmation to date. What do i need to do to book my car for a service at Haval. At this rate I’m going to sell my car.
