Poor service at Haval RUSTENBURG

On the 14th of August I took my car for service with the engine light on. After three days of service the engine light was on again. I went back to Haval RUSTENBURG on the 31st. They told me to return the car on the 2nd of September which is Monday. They told me to return the car because I didn't book for it.but they are the one who said I must bring tha car. I left the car with them . For two days the car was with them no phone calls no report. I called them to check what is happening with my car . I don't get any answer. Till I went to fight them on Thursday telling them : are they undermining me cause I'm a woman.i even called head to assist me as my car was there for the whole week. After head called them , they called me to me they are busy with the car I must come collect it. HAVAL RUSTENBURG THE SERVICE IS VERY POOR.
