Dissapointment on the so called Brand new Haval May 2024 model

I have bought a brand new Haval jolion in May 2024 @ Haval Gezina, at first I was excited but before the end of 2 Weeks I was disappointed as the car did not have power like a new car. Week 4 the Haval started smelling the burning rubber from the front site and having a big smoke from, engine site. I took it to Haval Pretoria where I have bought it. The service technician wrote on his report confirmed that. He stated that he found that there is a bad smell on the vehicle, uon removing gearbox it was found that the flywheel over torque by 6 mm, the normal torque is 15mm. The flywheel current torque is 21mm. according service technician at Haval Pretoria this is the cause of the clutch kit to fail. But now Haval SA warranty refused to fix the car the say I have caused the burning smell and the smoke. There was also a heat coming in the car from the engine site includes the visible smoke. So now I don't know what must I do, since I still pay the car as i was financed by Westbank. I question the honesty and the rofessionalim of the Haval Pretoria Gezina dealership because the brand new car can not do all this problems. They failed to exchange the car for me, they say must pay the shortfalls of the car that they know it was not new when they sell it to me.
