Poor service at Haval Ontdekkers

Went there to buy a new car. Don't have it in stock, but will order it. He told me they are expecting a delivery and before the weekend I will have my new car, he arranged for my care to be sold, all of this happened in January. Sold my car, he wanted a holding deposit which I did have a problem with, but wanted it to be added to the main prize. He didn't want to put it on paper, send me video my care arrived but keep on pushing me to take a different model even the Finance tried to convince me to take a deferent model and I said no, told me a silly story that they mad the loan at the bank can't add the deposit which I did pay now, everything went dead, I phoned the dealership to speak to a different sales person, Ai was not happy with the current one, new sales person told my they don't have it in stock they will order one, wanted a deposit I paid it and up until today I am without a car, if I don't contact them they don't keep me informed! I'm told they waiting for delivery but can't gaurentee I will have my car. When the new sales person was talking with me she was with the manager in the office and the phone was ons speaker, what a rude and unpleasant manager! What is my right now, go to another dealer or just wait? I am so unhappy, I have my own business and am stuck without a car.
