*********** procurement
On Wednesday the 30th of September 2020 my vehicle H2 2020 Haval was authorized for repairs at Vlam Panel Beaters Newcastle and the excess amount i paid immediately.
I brought the car to the premises the same day thinking that i was trying to expedite the process so that when the parts arrived they will put them without delays as the parts were going to arrive in +_ 20 days from their supply from a guy working at Haval Newcastle named Desree.
I did not contact Vlam since they were updating me via whatsapp on a daily basis informing me of the parts arrival , i waited for them the whole month and a half and no parts arrived
On the 18 November the parts arrived and Vlam said they will assemble them the following day and i was very excited after the long wait But only to find out Vlam panel beaters received the wrong parts .
The manager at Vlam explained to me how everything unfolded and that they finished a long time with the repairs and i understand that it is really not their fault and they did their best from their side.
The incompetence of the procurement personnel handling the process at Haval Newcastle is sickening and i ran out of patience and there is nothing left in me to try and understand any of their excuses. I am sad and hurt on how my experience is going.
Desree at Haval Newcastle tells me he is going return the parts and they will order correct parts !! How long will that is that going to take i do not know !!
My courtesy car was due on the 8November 2020 but i explained the delay of the repairs and had a grace period of 15days hoping everything will be sorted.
Now im returning the car and my picking up my still not fixed car after waiting over a month in vain for the panel beater . Im furious and feel very defeated as we approach the festive season thinking everything will be okay with my car but i have to wait again
