POOR SERVICE

I took my Haval Jolion in for 15000km service Today. Ispoke to the workshop manager and asked to assist me wuth a curtsy vehicle while my car was being serviced, because my mother is in a wheelchair and needs me to be there 24/7. He said they cannot assist with a vehicle but he will help me to complete the service fast so I can get back to my mom ASAP. I arrived at the dealership at 06:45, I was first. At 9:45 I asked the ladies at the service department if tgey are almost done with my car, they said my car was being washed and almost done. I continued to wait, at 11:00 I asked again are they done yet I need to get ro my mom, they said they are still busy, I then said they must please fetch my car I cannot wait any longer, this was not what the manager promised me. They fetched my car and it was still not cleaned, not washed and the workshops cloths was still in my car. I dont understand how I got my car this way when my car was according to them already busy being washed at 9:45 yet it was not washed at all. This was tge worst service I received from any dealership, no manager was available to speak to, the ladies was so rude at the service department, This was unacceptable.
