Forcing Customers to drive without number plates

According to Google Reviews it seems it's the norm for this Dealership to not sort out the customer's license discs and number plates within the 21-day limit. So many negative reviews about the same problem - forcing customers to drive around with expired temporary licenses. They do make you feel special when you get your new car, because why not, you paid for the car. I picked up my car on the 11th of June, with the promise that I would have my number plates the following week. Didn't happen, then, I eventually followed up on the 27th for my number plates, with a second promise that I will have it by Tuesday (2nd of July - AFTER MY TEMP LICENSE EXPIRED) and here we are - still no number plates. Asked Christopher at 16:15 where my number plates are, and he said he will find out. No response after that, dealership only closes at 17:30, he had enough time to find out for me and give feedback.
