If I could give this dealership zero stars, I would. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I purchased a vehicle from them on 19 November 2024, and to this day—almost 6 months later was my vehicle only registered.

This blatant negligence meant I was unable to legally drive my own vehicle, causing me significant inconvenience, stress, and financial risk. South African law requires registration within 21 days, yet this dealership completely ignored their obligation and left me in limbo.

To make matters worse, I have reached out multiple times via email and phone, yet my concerns have been completely ignored. Not a single acknowledgment, no apology, and certainly no resolution.

This is not just bad service—it is *********, irresponsible, and unacceptable. Their lack of professionalism and accountability is shocking. If you value reliable service, legal compliance, and basic customer respect, STAY FAR AWAY from this dealership.
