Bad service

Bought a used car by them, after the sale they take their time to register the car on my name waited 2 weeks after the 21 day period has expired. You struggle to get hold of the correct people when you have issues with the vehicle, and they just drag everything. can not provide me with the service book and updated service history of the car. its a battle after they assured me they will be able to provide it.
