Then additional R40000 in extras I specifically asked not to be added. R4000 for documentation fee, what does a few pieces of paper cost. Then when I tell the salesman to remove all the extras he doesn't answer me because I refuse to be **********. I tell him to give the car to someone else, he says THANKS. NO APOLOGIES. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
