Haval is cheap and defective

We bought a brand new haval in Feb this year, with the promise of safety and good quality. We have had endless issues from day 1. And now haval has told us that the cost is for our account even though they have been dragging us along since March. Their customer care manager and staff are rude and blame the customer for everything without even bothering to do the investigation. They are unprofessional and rude. Haval is a cheap and defective brand.
