Worst experience in buying a car

This dealership refuses to help me because I want to use my own bank even though I have my approval. They are refusing a customer just because I won’t do in-house financing. I’ve spoken to the other dealerships and they are shocked by this.

What shocks me the most is they didn’t even contact me. I had to follow up the whole time.
