Unsatisfactory service / aftersale service

Hi everyone.. i bought a new Haval H6 last year may.. brought it in for tge first service..firstly i recently experienced a sound from brakes.. as if they are worn out.. firstly bad service in the morning when i brought in the vehicle.. when i came to collect the car now i was only told it was amongst the cars for a recall.. apparently they did a re- programming.. the car does not start now.. @ 14500km.. aparently i came across two clients at the dealership with similar problems problems, both with new cars..any other review or experience???
