AFTER SERVICES SCRATCHES...HAVAL Hatfield

I took my haval Julion To Hatfield Haval workshop for first service on the 02/10/2023.My car had no scratches when I took it there but after I received it when they were done I noticed something different n it was the new long atlist close to 7cm long scratch.n when I reported the scratch to the Lady who was helping me with the service bookings she said she wud check the cameras n next thing there was another man checking the scratch where he said the scratch was old.the lady was even shouting and angry when I was explaining the situation that the scratch is deep n new becoz i drive my car all the time how cud i have missed it when i brot the car in n only saw it after the service.my car was clean n the was no dirt hiding anything.worst of all the scratch is on the bonnet area close to the windscreen n its very visible to my eyes when am driving. They then said they had nothing to do with it.n they cudnt help me n I had no choice but to make a quotation so I can get an idea of how much il pay to get that scratch fixed.am just so heartbroken becoz those ppl dnt even care they treated me n responded to me like I was making up a story. My car registration is Limpopo they kept calling my car "Limpopo"
