What are you people doing?!!!!

Took my Haval in on the 15th of December 2022 for JUST A SERVICE before leaving to KZN on holiday. When i went to pick my car up it was SMOKING! Kurt at Haval Fourways told me that its some oil that spilled and it will burn off. On my way home my car got really warm and it kept smoking so i was to nervous to drive it down so a borrowed my brothers bakkie. I told Kurt immediately that this car needs to go back as soon as a come back from holiday. I returned the 9th of Kan and had them towing my car to Haval Fourways because of how much it smoked. There is absolutely no communication from Haval Fourways so it took me a week of constantly phoning them that i heard my turbo gave in? Ny car has 50 000km on the clock?!?! Im the forst driver of that car?!?! There was nothing wrong with my car before THE SERVICE!!!!!! LONG STORY SHORT, its the 25th of January and Kurt is no where to be found. I still dont have my car, i still dont know whats happening and in still borrowing family members cars because Haval Fourways is ***********. I cant wait to be done with these guys. I want my car Kurt, i need you to call me like you keep on promising to tell me whats happening, i need to know how long my car will still be standing there, i need to know what you are doing on my car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
