Haval & GWM - Fourways: Disappointing services

My wife and I recently went to test drive the Haval Jolion at the Haval & GWM Centre in Fourways. What a ********** experience. From no one showing any interest in assisting us to the sales lady lacking any sort of people skills - we were utterly unimpressed.

1. We arrived there and had to wait long for anyone to even notice we need assistance. 2. When we were attended to, I asked the sales lady a few important questions I had about the various Jolion offerings and features - she literally referred me to information I had already read on their website. What a waste. 3. We take a test drive of the car, which lasted 7minutes probably. Nothing I could learn about the car during that drive.

Overall, this lady seemed uninterested in helping us or swaying us to make a decision towards purchasing that car. I will not even be setting foot there again! So disappointed.
