Very disappointed by the service I got from Haval Edenvale

If it was possible I would rate this company 0 or minus because I submitted my car to them in December 2022 for service now around mid May 2023 the car starts saying it needs service and it wasn't due for service according to the kilometers in the car and I took it to them and they told me that it is the service light. After 2 days of driving it, it started making this weird noise I took it back to them and I was told that the car needs a new timing chain mind you my car doesn't even use a timing chain, it uses a timing belt. How in *********** of them to think I bought the car from them 4 years ago and have been servicing with them ever since. I was told that they will call Renault to check when was the timing chain due to be changed and then they will call me back. They didn' call me more than a week, so since I got advise that if the belt is dysfunctional it could damage the Engen. I went to Renault straight to try and get it replaced through MFC innovations since I had a warranty with them, and my claim got rejected because apparently the belt was supposed to be changed on the last service of the car which was done by Haval. I called Haval and all they could tell me was that they will call me back after 30 minutes, guess what they didn't call its been days no response. I am so disappointed at them after being a loyal customer for over 4 years, they couldn't care what happens to my car.
