Time wasters

Service department initially serviced my car about 3 weeks ago, I was told at 1:30pm that my car was in the wash bay, by 5pm when I arrived to collect my car they had forgotten to wash the car and I needed to fetch it by 9am the following morning making me late for work. I let it go as a simple mishap. I then needed to get a HEADLIGHT bulb replaced and was told I’d need to leave my car as I was 18th in the queue, I said I couldn’t leave my car all day because the last time was a f&#k up and I needed to get to work to which the service consultant told me I was talking badly to him and called his manager. Haval Boksburg was able to assist immediately. If you need something small done definitely don’t visit Haval Edenvale!
