Lost sale

My wife and I went to Haval Edenvale 09/02/2019 to look at the Haval H1. We were helped by a very helpful salesman Brandon Williams, the H1 unfortunately was not a fit. There was another second hand vehicle I was interested in and Brandon asked Andre Ferreira to assist us. After waiting around for Andre as he was busy Brandon asked a second salesman to assist. He showed us the vehicle and it was perfect just what we were looking for. We went to the salesman desk to do the paperwork and like magic Andre showed up and claimed it was his sale. He had no clue what we had looked at or wanted. I thought this was very bad form but wanted the vehicle so just went ahead. I submitted all forms and dealerships was busy applying for finance, to receive a call 12/02/2019 from Andre that he had sold the vehicle. Eventhough finance was underway. I understand a sale is a sale but this is truly a slap to the face. I was still considering the H1 but will be taking my business elsewhere.
