Haval service car

I bought a car with them at 2020 I was told am going to have 5 year free service , yesterday when go there they told I only have 3 year service ,fine I ask how much must I pay then thy say R6000 but all this 2 year I there where paying Les than R3000 am confused why is so expensive this time when i must pay ,and why I was told about 5 years free service .pls advise me .thanks
