HAVAL SA is a waste to trust them

i ordered parts and the sales man with the name Bongani told me i will get the parts after 3 weeks but its 5 weeks now i cannot get my parts and he is very unprofessional and very rude about it. If Haval SA does not keep parts in SA why do you sell the car to consumers?
