Bad service at haval Edenvale

My car door decided to stop opening after Christmas shoppings and I went to haval Edenvale where I bought my car to get it fixed and I was told that they can't fix my car because I didn't take it to service, which I don't understand how because a car door has got nothing to do with the service of the car but nevertheless thats not my issue, this guy was so rude and told me whatever and I must go to haval Edenvale and when I asked the relevant questions, he told me that's got nothing to do with him. The man was an Indian guy who works in the parts department. Mind you, ever since I bought the car it's been giving me problems with burning fuses and at some point I was charged for them fixing it meanwhile its still under warranty.
