Bad Client Service
Bought a second hand Ford Bantam 2006 Bakkie from Haval Edenvale. Went to have a look at the car on Saturday and decided to take the car. Paid cash for the car, when my fiancé collected the bakkie yesterday day, on hes way home he came to realize that the battery was faulty and that it was burnet, there came smoke out of the battery. He went to the garage to put battery flued in and this morning the car did not start again. When he phoned to ask them why havent they checked the battery and made sure it was in order as you should when selling a car to someone ( if it is 20 years old or 1 year old it does not matter) he was told that they will not replace the battery as they do not make a profit. On arrival Saturday we thought that this is a really nice dealership, yet now we disagree. Seems like the only clients that matter is the ones who buy a brand new vehicle from them. You would think that no matter what year or model car you buy from them that they would appreciate the sale they have made. Strangely on Saturday the battery was 100% and the car started immediately and my fiancé went for a test drive and all was in order. But yet now the battery is faulty all of the sudden. You should think twice before buying a second hand (older) car from this dealership.
