I had an extremely disappointing experience with the Haval Edenvale dealership and regret ever purchasing my vehicle from them. I bought what was marketed to me as a “demo model” Haval H6, only to later find out it was actually a second-hand vehicle. When I question why the papers said “used car” the salesman, Eddie, assured me it was because all demo models are sold through the used-car department. This crucial detail was never disclosed at the time of purchase.

When I recently tried to sell the car, a Dekra report revealed that it had undergone significant bodywork repairs. The front right panel, right side, and boot had been damaged and replaced prior to my purchase. This was completely undisclosed by the dealership, which resulted in a significant financial loss for me.

Throughout the time I owned the car, I also received incredibly poor service whenever I brought it in for servicing. Which is part of why I wanted to sell my car.

When I approached the dealership about the undisclosed damage and financial loss, the dealer principal refused to take any responsibility, claiming he was not working there when the car was sold to me. This lack of accountability is unacceptable and speaks volumes about their disregard for their customers.

This dealership has no transparency, no integrity, and no interest in customer satisfaction. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this dealership. Save yourself the frustration and financial loss I had to endure.
