Unprofessional

I would like to give the lady that helped me 2stars she made my wait there better ..I went to centurion few weeks ago to book my car in for pre service upon arrival I was sitting there while waiting for help I told them I came to book my car in they showed me where to go the lady that helped me ask me to write down my details I did and she told me to come on Wednesday,which was yesterday upon arrival I came there and this lady that helped me told me I was supposed to bring my car in between 8-9..none the less she told me I am late and if I would opt for the carwash service I will wait long because there is 50 cars before mine that time it’s 14:00 I told her she can’t blame me for the late coming the person whom helped me didn’t give me that info and I told her I am not happy with the service I will report it ..she then went and call this lady I don’t know her she is having long eyelashes in ..she didn’t give me her name she just came there and with an attitude telling me that I am late and service hours are from 7-8 then I ask her how come that lady said 8-9 very unprofessional she asked that lady while I am sitting there the lady said no I said 7-8 so now I don’t know I am talking lies while sitting there she continue rolling her eyes for me very RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL..she told me yes my car wasn’t even booked don’t I k ow that I must book my car 2wekes before the time I told her what happened she didn’t even apologise she just told me show me who helped u like I am a child ..I told her I don’t know all your staff members because they don’t even give us there names not even wearing nametags she said okay u can sit or bring your car in for was on Saturday between 8-8:30..or will I sit o told her now it fine just do the service I am okay ..she was very unprofessional even the way she appeared..even her body language when she talks to me it’s like she wanted to intimidate me or something ..than the lady who helped me shame she tried her best and she was. Friendly she even asked me don’t I know of an sms that I must received I told her please go and check your cameras or your security I was here ..!!she was very very unprofessional!!!
