We had our Haval H2 in at Centurion Select for a radiator that sprung a leak. We were assisted by andrew when we got there on the Tuesday morning, and he was very helpful and assured us that they will keep us posted on the progress. That was where it ended. No feedback was given, we had to constantly call to find out what's going on for what, just to be told eventually that there the radiator is being removed and they can order a replacement. I asked if they can ask Silverton Radiators right across the road from them if it can be repaired, even offered to collect the radiator myself and take it there to assess, but was told not to worry, they will do it. Another day later and i had to phone again (and yes, trying to get through to them telephonically is like pulling teeth with blunt pliers) to be told that the repair can not be done and they have to order another one, which will cost X amount. All good, i said please go ahead. Another day later trying to get through i was told that there will be a delay in getting the part as they have an account issue with Haval head office (something to do with payments...) so we as the customer must just wait until they can get it resolved. Long story short, radiator arrives, gets installed, one call from Andrew vs the 20 i made to them. Get there a week later to collect the car, just ti see that cable ties have been used to put the plastic undercover back, not even the bodyclips that WERE on the vehicle when we dropped it there. Had the technician oit to explain himself, and guess what, they do not have the bodyclips, so decided best thing to do (because the customer is too dof to realise) is to use cable ties.... Get told they'll order and let me know once there so i can bring the car to get the clips fitted. Fuel out of my pocket besides the moerse bill. Another week later and STILL no call from them, the car was taken for a "test drive" 8km 31min. Drove through some paint somewhere as the driver's side is plastered in white speckles (yes, going to cost me mote to get that removed....) but hey, wr must just be glad we got out car back. Pathetic service, no: it's called NO SERVICE. Whatever you do, please avoid them. I would rather take a day's leave and go through to Haval Edenvale, where the people working there actually gives a **** about their customers.
