Appalling service and poor telephone etiquette

I called the servicing department to return their call but was shocked with the service I received. A lady by the name Lulu answered the call and while laughing in the background, I could tell that she was not paying attention to what I was saying she kept on missing what I was saying to her. I had to repeat myself while she's laughing instead of listening to me. The is disgusting service from Haval. I guess this is what you get for buying a Haval vehicle. I would advise for the company to invest in teachings telephone etiquette.
