Unhappy client

We bought a vehicle from them in August of 2022. The vehicle has been giving us numerous problems. The vehicle has been in their workshop 5 times from date of purchase. Every time its the same problem. The vehicle has not even done 15000 KM to date, has not even gone in for its first service... We have sent them video footage of what the problem is and nothing has been done to resolve this problem. We are paying an installment each and every month for a vehicle that is not working properly and these people can not find the problem and they are not coming forth with a solution for us.
